This group is an informal one, for experienced open-water swimmers only, as there are no support canoes and no lifeguards. The meeting point is about 1 kilometer upstream, North of Boulters Lock, on a lovely stretch of the Thames River. I swim for about an hour but nothing stops anyone from turning around sooner or extending their swim!
